When you place an order, we collect what you give us directly: your name, business name and type, contact details (email/phone), and a description of what you'd like automated — plus your choice of plan.
Your information is used only to build, deliver, and support the automation you ordered — nothing else. We don't use it for unrelated marketing, and we don't sell it or share it with third parties.
We never sell your data, and we never use it to train AI models. You can ask us to correct or delete it anytime.
Your data is kept in secure, encrypted systems used only for building your order (the tools your automation runs on, such as spreadsheets and messaging integrations you approve). Access is limited to what's needed to deliver your service.
Where we run your automation on our own dedicated server (not a third-party cloud tool), we follow standard Linux security hardening practices — including automatic security patching, key-based access instead of passwords, and daily monitoring for unauthorized access attempts — to keep the risk of a data leak as low as reasonably possible. No system anywhere is 100% unhackable, and we won't claim otherwise, but this is the same level of diligence enterprise providers use.
Right to know. You can ask us at any time exactly what data we hold on you and your business, and how it's being used.
Right to correct. If any of your information is wrong or out of date, you can ask us to fix it.
Right to delete. You can ask to delete your data at any time. If you cancel or delete your agent/automation, that includes deleting the data tied to it — not just switching it off. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
Right to export. You can request a CSV export of all your orders at any time and open it in Excel or Google Sheets. Your data is always yours.
Payments are processed by secure, PCI-compliant payment providers. We never see or store your full card number ourselves.
While your agent is active (Rent) or during your support period (Buy), we keep the data needed to run it. If you cancel or your agent is deleted, we remove the associated data within 30 days. If you'd like it removed sooner, just ask.
If you're a California resident, you have the rights above under state law too, plus the right to non-discrimination for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA — there's nothing to opt out of, because we never do it in the first place.
Our service is for business owners and is not directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Parts of your automation may use AI to draft replies or messages on your behalf. Where an automated assistant is talking with your customers, we build it to disclose that clearly, in line with U.S. rules on automated business communication. You review and approve how it behaves before it goes live.
